NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution passed on June 24, 2026, by the Board of Trustees of Jackson Township, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the General Election to be held on November 3, 2026, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: An additional tax for the benefit of the unincorporated area of Jackson Township and the Village of Farmersville for the purpose of parks and recreational purposes that the county auditor estimates will collect $275,842 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $70 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 10 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
