NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution passed on July 17, 2025 by the City Council of Clayton, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the General Election to be held on November 4, 2025, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: Shall the City of Clayton have the authority to aggregate the retail natural gas loads located in the City of Clayton, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of natural gas, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?
