NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an ordinance passed on July 28, 2025 by the Council of the City of Union, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the General Election to be held on November 4, 2025, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: Shall the Ordinance providing for the continuation of an existing 1.5 percent levy on income and a 1 percent levy increase on income for the purpose of general municipal operations; maintenance of equipment; acquisition of new equipment; extension, enlargement and improvement of municipal services and facilities; and capital improvements, including debt service charged thereon beginning on January 1, 2026 be passed?
