NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution passed on July 22, 2025 by the Board of Trustees of Butler Township, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the General Election to be held on November 4, 2025, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: Shall the township of Butler adopt a limited home rule government, under which government the board of township trustees, by resolution, may exercise limited powers of local self-government?
