NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution passed on April 29, 2025 by the Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the General Election to be held on November 4, 2025, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Montgomery County for the purpose of health and human or social services that the county auditor estimates will collect $59,251,562 annually, at a rate not exceeding 6.03 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $114 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for 8 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
