NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Centerville Planning Commission Case P-2025-0009 NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Centerville Planning Commission shall hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at the meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 100 West Spring Valley Road, Centerville, Ohio. The Public Hearing concerns an application submitted by Graham Parlin of HPA Development Group requesting the rezoning of approximately 10.6 acres of a 17.17 acre property located at 7155 Wilmington Pike from Office Planned Development (O-PD) to Residential Planned Development (R-PD) to allow for a residential development. The portion zoned Office Planned Development (O-PD) within the remaining 6.5 acres will be rezoned to Business Planned Development (BPD). The property is further identified as Montgomery County Parcel Number O68 00606 0047.
