NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISSOLUTION Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 1702.48 for Non-Profits of the Ohio Revised Code, that Miami Valley Veterinary Medical Association, an Ohio nonprofit corporation (the "Nonprofit Corporation"), with its principal office located at 919 S. Main Street, Miamisburg, OH 45342 has filed a Certificate of Dissolution with the Ohio Secretary of State effective as of July 1, 2026. Any claims made against the Nonprofit Corporation must be presented in writing and contain sufficient information to identify the claimant and substance of the claim.
