NOTICE TO BIDDERS Bids are due electronically through Montgomery County's OpenGov Procurement portal before 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 1, 2026, for Project No. 130056-30, New High System Water Storage Tank Wing II, for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. Said Bids will be opened as soon thereafter as the opening can begin. All project documents are available on Montgomery County's OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://procurement.opengov.com/ portal/montgomerycountyoh The project consists of the construction of a new 1.0-million-gallon elevated water storage tank at 624 David Rd., Kettering, Ohio, including all associated site, civil, mechanical, and electrical improvements. Major work elements include installation of the elevated tank (spheroid or composite), a new altitude valve vault and control system, approximately 185 linear feet of 20-inch ductile iron water main with connection to the existing distribution system, site grading and erosion control, electrical service and instrumentation, a fire hydrant assembly, and a sanitary sewer lateral for non-potable discharge.
