NOTICE TO BIDDERS Bids are due electronically through Montgomery County's OpenGov Procurement portal before 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2026, for Project No. 130026-32, 2026 Small Diameter Sanitary Sewer Lining and Manhole Rehabilitation, for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. Said bids will be opened as soon thereafter as the opening can begin. All project documents are available on Montgomery County's OpenGov Procurement portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/ portal/montgomerycountyoh. The project consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 41,000 linear feet of 8-inch through 15-inch diameter sanitary sewer mains and the rehabilitation of twelve (12) existing sanitary sewer manholes. Work may include, but is not limited to, sewer cleaning, closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of sanitary sewer mains and laterals, excavation, and point repairs as required. The work will be performed at various locations throughout the Montgomery County service area. Specific locations and quantities of work will be identified and authorized by the Owner on an as-needed basis during the contract term.
