Bids for the project will be publicly opened and read at that time. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope endorsed by the name of the bidder and marked "Piqua City Schools Parking Lot Improvements 2026 Piqua High School" and addressed to the Treasurer of the Board of Education, Jeremie Hittle, 215 Looney Road, Piqua OH 45356. Proposals must be received at the Office of the Treasurer on or before the specified time. No proposals received through facsimile transmission or electronic media will be accepted.
