PROPOSED 2026 Action Plan of the 2024-2028 Consolidated Plan for Warren County, Ohio In 2024, the Warren County Board of County Commissioners adopted a five-year Consolidated Plan for HUD Entitlement Programs administered by Warren County, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The Plan describes housing and community development needs and objectives for the five-year period of May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2028. The Annual Action Plan describes projects to be implemented pending available funding during FY2026, and is summarized below: $702,634 for Construction Projects City of Franklin East 4th Street Improvement City of Lebanon W. Warren & Canal Reconstruction City of South Lebanon Valley View Road Resurfacing Village of Butlerville Sidewalk Replacement Village of Pleasant Plain Tornado Siren Village of Morrow Mini Pitch Field $130,000 for Public Service Projects SAFE on Main Warren County Family Promise Warren County Child Advocacy Center $72,278 for Administration Warren County will hold a public hearing on its 2026 Action Plan on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in the County Commissioners' Meeting Room (128), 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, OH. Prior to the public hearing, Warren County will make the 2026 Action Plan available for a 30-day public comment period, commencing on June 22, 2026.
