PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS The Board of Miami County Commissioners at 201 West Main Street, Troy, Ohio 45373, invites interested parties to submit statements of qualifications for professional design and engineering services for: 1) highway, 2) bridge, 3) water distribution, 4) wastewater collection and 5) property acquisition for the 2026 calendar year. It is the intention of the Board of Miami County Commissioners to obtain statements of qualifications from interested firms to be kept on file for calendar year 2026, in accordance with Ohio's Design Professional Selection Law (Ohio Revised Code, Section 153.71), for projects with an estimated design fee of less than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00). Three (3) copies of statements of qualifications shall be enclosed in an envelope, sealed, and plainly marked on the outside "2026 TRANSPORTATION & UTILITIES STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATION".
