PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF DAYTON, OHIO City of Dayton 2027 Action Plan The City of Dayton will hold a public comment period and public hearing on the 2027 Action Plan Projection. The City of Dayton's 2027 Action Plan Projection outlines the planned use of federal entitlement funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs. A presentation and public hearing will take place at the Community & Neighborhood Development Advisory Board (CNDAB) meeting on Monday, October 12th, at 4:30pm. The meeting will be held both virtually and in-person in the Planning & Resource Center on the Mezzanine, City Hall, 101 W. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402. Draft copies of the Action Plan Projection are available for review.
