PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF DAYTON, OHIO City of Dayton 2026-2030 Consolidated Action Plan, and 2026 Action Plan The City of Dayton will hold a public comment period and public hearing on the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan and 2026 Action Plan. The 2026-2030 Consolidated Action Plan and 2026 Action Plan outline the City's planned use of federal entitlement funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs. A presentation and public hearing will take place at the Community & Neighborhood Development Advisory Board (CNDAB) meeting on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 4:30pm. The meeting will be held virtually and in person. Draft copies of the Consolidated Action Plan and Action Plan are available for review.
