PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio to solicit input on a Dimensional Variance application filed by Katie Gates for 4082 Streamside Place to construct a new house 10 feet from the side property line where a minimum setback of 15 feet is required. Any interested person may attend this meeting, express their views, and submit evidence and/or written comments regarding the request.
