PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON CITY COUNCIL The Lebanon City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on proposed text amendments to Chapters 1103, 1105, 1111, 1113, 1115, 1117, 1118, 1301, 1303, 1304, 1313, and 1323 of the Code of Ordinances. Staff further recommends text amendment to add the Subdivision Regulations to the Official Zoning Code as Chapters 11111115, along with amendments to Chapters 13321138 of the Official Zoning Code. Any interested person may attend this meeting and express their views and submit evidence and/or written comments regarding the request. The proposed amendments are available for review in the Planning Division, Lebanon City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, OH 45036.
