PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider Case BZA 26-0002. This case involves a variance request to exceed the maximum allowed impervious surface coverage as outlined Table 1226-1 in Section 1226.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Vandalia, Ohio. The appeal was submitted by Andrew Crain pertaining to the property located at 1622 Middlefield Court in the City of Vandalia, Ohio. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive.
