PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider Case BZA 26-0009, an application to exceed the maximum size and height, and minimum setback requirements for a freestanding sign in the Neighborhood Business (NB) District as set forth by Section 1236.11 and Table 1236-2 of the Zoning Code of the City of Vandalia, Ohio. The application was submitted by Colby Harris of Advantage Plumbing, Heating & Air, and relates to the property located at 165 N. Dixie Dr. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. The City of Vandalia is committed to transparency and open meetings and will live broadcast this meeting for viewing purposes only via the Zoom app. Please note, no comments, electronic or oral, will be allowed by people while participating electronically through Zoom.
