PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider Case BZA 26-0010, in which IGS Energy seeks a variance to Section 1224.01(b)(2) to permit the construction of an accessory structure on a parcel for which the primary structure is on an adjacent parcel in a neighboring jurisdiction. The request relates to a 0.8934 acre parcel immediately west of 267 West National Road, said parcel being owned by the City of Dayton, Ohio as part of the grounds of Dayton International Airport. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. The City of Vandalia is committed to transparency and open meetings and will live broadcast this meeting for viewing purposes only via the Zoom app. Please note, no comments, electronic or oral, will be allowed by people while participating electronically through Zoom.
