PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The City of Vandalia Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider Case PC 25-0023, an application for a) the approval of a PUD Final Plan for The Townes at Cassel Grove, and b) approval of Record Plans for Section One and Two of the Townes at Cassel Grove Subdivision. The request involves one parcel totaling 14.515 acres +/-, located at the south end of Corporate Center Drive in the City of Vandalia. If approved, the Final Plan would result in the creation of 72 single-family residential lots with associated infrastructure and amenities. The application was submitted by D.R. Horton. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Vandalia Municipal Building located at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. This meeting will contain a public hearing, and any interested members of the public may participate in said hearing. Members of the public unable to attend may submit letters, statements, documents, or other evidence for consideration by the Commission. Submitted items may be sent to permits@vandaliaohio.org, and must be received by 5:00 p.m. on January 12th, 2026. All such submittals are Public Record.
