PUBLIC NOTICE: PUBLIC HEARING The Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services (MCDJFS) is advertising and opening a Public Comment Period on the Biennial Renewal of the FFY 2026/2027 Prevention, Retention and Contingency (PRC) Plan pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Chapter 5108.05. The Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services shall hold a Public Hearing to accept comments and suggestions on the proposed 2026/2027 PRC Plan on October 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (EST) via Microsoft TEAMS. All interested parties can view the draft plan and obtain the TEAMS link on the Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services website at https://www.mcohio.org/jfs. Public comments will be received via email and post mail. Please submit all public comments and suggestions via email to Draya Jordan, CEN, at MCInvoices@jfs.ohio.gov and should reference "PRC Plan Comments" in the subject line by no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on October 26, 2025.
