Public Notice Advertised on August 19, 2026 and August 26, 2026 Sealed bids will be received by the Tecumseh Local Schools Board of Education as provided in this notice for the Park Layne Elementary Chiller Replacement Project. Questions may be directed to and electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file and available by contacting Jon Coyle at jcoyle@stanengineers.com. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Tecumseh Local Schools Board of Education, ATTN: Denise Robinson, Fiscal Officer, 9760 W. National Road, New Carlisle, Ohio 45344, and plainly marked on the outside "PARK LAYNE ELEMENTARY CHILLER REPLACEMENT PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M., local time, September 11, 2026, and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 27, 2026 at 1:30 P.M. at the Park Layne Elementary School located at 12355 Dille Road, New Carlisle, Ohio z45344. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. 8-19,8/26/2026
