PUBLIC NOTICE OF ZONING HEARING FOR REQUESTED VARIANCE Village of Harveysburg Board of Zoning Appeals A public hearing will be held on Thursday, May 14th, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Village Government Building, 79 West Main Street, Harveysburg, OH 45032. The Board will consider a variance request from Brimstone & Fire for property at 317 Brimstone Rd (Parcel ID 1011200011), zoned RE, related to a previously approved conditional use for RV parks specific to this property. The request seeks approval to park 8 RVs for employees associated with the Ohio Renaissance Festival that occurs each fall within a few feet of the south residential property line instead of the 50 feet required by Section 408 of the Village of Harveysburg Zoning Ordinance. Property owners of contiguous, across-the-street, and directly adjacent properties will receive mailed notice of this hearing, and this notice will also be advertised in a local newspaper at least 10 days prior to the hearing, in accordance with Sections 1204 and 1208 of the Zoning Ordinance.
