PUBLIC NOTICE This Public Notice is to inform the citizens of the Enon Community of a scheduled meeting of the Enon Board of Zoning Appeals on Wednesday evening, August 19, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the Enon Government Center located at 363 East Main Street. A letter has been submitted to the Board from Terri Jenkins, homeowner of 221 Royal Lane. Mrs. Jenkins is requesting a height variance of 10.75" to 14'10.75". Enon codified ordinance section 1167.04 (d) states that a detached accessory building shall not exceed one story or fourteen feet in height. Any interested person or party is welcome to attend the meeting. 8-9/2026
