THE BUTLER METROPOLITAN HOUSING AUTHORITY (BMHA) HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER (HCV) DEPARTMENT NOTICE OF CLOSING OF WAITING LISTS FOR SPECIFIC PROJECT BASED VOUCHER (PBV) PROGRAMS PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT/PUBLIC NOTICE Effective Monday, June 29, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. The Butler Metropolitan Housing Authority (BMHA), will CLOSE its following specific programs' Project Based Voucher Waiting Lists: 2025 Serve City Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), 2022 YWCA of Hamilton Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), 2019 Grove Street Project Based Voucher (PSH), and 2019 HCV Congregate (Shared) Housing List; No online pre-applications will be accepted for the specific programs as noted above. Public notice will be provided when BMHA re-opens the Waiting List at least 10 business days prior to the date applications will first be accepted for any specific program as stated in the prevailing (Section 8) Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan. The BMHA will give public notice by publishing the relevant information in suitable media outlets including but not limited to: BMHA website, BMHA Social Media pages, and all applicable newspaper outlets at the time of announcement.
