Ph: 614-644-3037 email: HClerk@epa.ohio.gov Hazardous Waste Facility Permit Action Univar Solutions USA LLC 2854 Springboro Rd W, Moraine, OH 45439 ID #: OHD074700311 Date of Action: 09/11/2025 Notice is hereby given that on September 11, 2025, Ohio EPA issued final a renewal and Class 3 Modification Hazardous Waste Facility Installation and Operation Permit (Permit) to Univar Solutions USA, Inc., for its facility located at 2854 Springboro West, Moraine, Ohio 45439, U.S. EPA Identification Number OHD074700311, Montgomery County. Univar Solutions USA, Inc. specializes in chemical distribution and operates this facility in support of this operation. This facility is permitted for hazardous waste storage of ignitable, corrosive, and toxic hazardous wastes in containers, and also permitted to conduct required hazardous waste cleanup activities. The purpose of this permit is to allow Univar Solutions USA, Inc. to continue hazardous waste cleanup activities and to continue storing ignitable, corrosive, and toxic hazardous wastes in containers. To issue this final Permit, Ohio EPA determined that the Permit application is complete and meets appropriate standards and that the applicant has a history of compliance with relevant environmental laws and demonstrates sufficient reliability, expertise, and competency.
