CITY OF SOUTH LEBANON PUBLIC HEARING LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the City of South Lebanon Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 12, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the South Lebanon Municipal Building, 10 N. High St., South Lebanon, Ohio, 45065. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the Preliminary Plat for the property described as follows: 92.238 acres, Parcel IDs 12-01-102-001, 12-01-102-004, 12-02-351-003, 12-02-351-004, & 12-02-351-009, also known as Oeder Way. Parcel IDs 12-01-102-001, 12-02-351-003, 12-02-351-004, & 12-02-351-009 are located in the MEP Mineral Extraction and Processing District. Parcel ID 12-01-102-004 is located in the B-2 General Business District. The Plat was submitted by Apex Engineering & Surveying Inc. on behalf of Oeder & Sons Garage Inc. Upon review and recommendation by the Planning Commission, the matter will be forwarded to the City Council for further action. The public record is available for inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, at the South Lebanon Municipal Building.
