LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given as required under the "Butler County, Ohio, Rural Zoning Resolution" that one public hearing will be held by the Butler County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in the second-floor Commissioners Chamber of the Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, at 9:30 a.m. A zone change application (RZC 26-03) to amend the Butler County, Ohio, Rural Zoning Resolution has been filed by Beverly Roe. The proposed zone change includes 11.92 acres of property on Harris Road in Milford Township (parcel F2610.014.000.023). The proposed zone change is from the current M-1 Light Industrial District to A-1 Agricultural District for residential and agricultural uses. Questions concerning the above meeting can be answered at the Butler County Planning Office, Sixth Floor, Butler County Administrative Center, 130 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Butler County will aid persons with disabilities needing interpreters or other auxiliary aids and services in order to participate in this meeting.
