Clark County Combined Health District (excluding the City of New Carlisle) Renewal Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Clark County Combined Health District (excluding the City of New Carlisle), passed on August 3, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 2026, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of Clark County Combined Health District (excluding the City of New Carlisle) for the purpose of providing and maintaining expenses of the health district programs that the county auditor estimates will collect $2,663,976.00 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $35 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for 5 years. The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day. Precincts affected: ALL precincts in Clark County EXCEPT CARL 1 thru CARL 5 10-23,10-30/2026
