The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on an application for Site Plan Review for Rivers Crossing West, submitted by Bayer Becker on behalf of Schnicke Development Group, for the property located at 0 State Route 48, Parcel No. 1202330002, South Lebanon, Ohio 45065. The property is zoned B-2 General Business District. The application is identified as Case No. 2026-03P and proposes the development of sixty-four (64) condominium units. A copy of the application and supporting documents is available for public inspection at the City Administration Building, 10 N.
