LEGAL NOTICE On September 21, 2026, DPSD will post a formal solicitation, RFP 27-002 to procure HVAC & BAS Upgrade Services for Dayton Public Schools at dps.bonfirehub.com. All interested parties, potential Respondents, and those seeking to do business with DPSD are hereby notified that this web site will be updated periodically to include additional schedule and/or documentation details. Those seeking to do business with DPSD must register to receive details and future updates. All queries, proposals, and correspondence must be submitted electronically through dps.bonfirehub.com per the solicitation schedule dates. A Pre-Proposal conference and walk through will be held, October 6, 2026. Details can be found in the RFP and scope of work documents. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. Sealed Proposals to provide HVAC & BAS Upgrade Services for DPSD will be accepted until October 23, 2026. Responses must be submitted electronically at https://dps.bonfirehub.com. Based on Ohio Revised Code 5719.042, DPSD requires that all firms submit with their Response an affidavit affirming status of delinquency on property taxes.
