PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider Case BZA 26-0006. The application was submitted by John Wanamaker, and pertains to the property located at 427 Attica Street in the City of Vandalia. The case involves the following requests for variances to the requirements of the Vandalia Zoning Code: 1224.01 (b)(9)(C): Aggregate Accessory Structure area in excess of 600 square feet or 40 percent of the footprint of the principal building, whichever is less; 1226.04, Table 1226-1: Impervious surface area in excess of 45% in the RSF-3 Zoning District. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive.
