Pursuant to Resolution No. R-26-10 adopted by the City Council of the City of Franklin, Ohio (the "Council") on February 2, 2026, the Council will hold a public hearing on March 16, 2026 at City Council Chambers, 1 Benjamin Franklin Way, Franklin, Ohio 45005 on the application (the "Application") of the City, in its capacity as a "developer" within the meaning of Ohio Revised Code Section 349.01(E), and Immobiltec USA, Inc. as owner of real property described by the Application, to add such property to the Franklin New Community Authority District (the "District"), a new community district established pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 349, and to amend the original petition (the "Petition") establishing the District and the Franklin New Community Authority. The Resolution of Sufficiency, the Application, and the Petition are each on file in the Office of the Clerk of Council, located at 1 Benjamin Franklin Way, Franklin, Ohio 45005, and are available for inspection by interested persons during regular business hours. 2-26, 3-5, 3-12/2026
